Paige A. Rosado, Chief Executive Officer/Vice president/Treasurer

Paige is the founder, CEO, and Treasurer of Valor Ranch. She has worked for the past 27 plus years for the US Government at multiple agencies. She is currently a Senior IT Program Manager with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission and hopes to retire within the next few years to be at the ranch full time. She is a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor, Certified NRA Chief Range Safety Officer and NRA member. As CEO she is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of Valor Ranch. As Treasurer she acts as the lead in all financial aspects of Valor Ranch. She prepares budgets and financial reports and presents them to the board of directors.

Paige brings her love of animals and more than 30 years of experience working with horses. 

Steve M. Rosado, USN Veteran President/Secretary

Steve served honorably in the US Navy from 1989-1999 as an Electronic Warfare Operator (EWO) aboard the P-3C Orion aircraft. He completed 3 overseas deployments and participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm, and Operation Southern Watch. He is currently a government contractor supporting test and evaluation at Naval Air Station Patuxent River supporting NAVAIR. He is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor, Certified NRA Chief Range Safety Officer and NRA member. 

As President, he serves as principal executive officer, reporting directly to the board of directors, presiding over board-of-director meetings when present. Responsible for overall supervision and control of all functions of Valor Ranch. Additionally, acting as Secretary, he acts as the custodian of the all records and is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation.

Jeffery Pennington, USN Veteran Vice President of Operations

Jeffery Pennington served honorably for twenty years in the United States Navy, and retired in 2004. He is a life member of the VFW, and was a past Commander of Post 9168, in Louisville, Texas. He is also a member of the American Legion, and is a life member of the Non-commissioned Officer Association, as well as a plank owner of the USN Memorial Foundation. Additionally, he is a certified NRA Range Safety Officer, and a life benefactor member. 

He completed 7 overseas deployments and participated in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Southern Watch. 

As Vice President of Operations, he is focused on fundraising and donations for the hunting/fishing/shooting events, which are available to guests of Valor Ranch. Additionally, he provides outreach for veterans and grassroots exposure to inform local communities of what is available through Valor Ranch.
